Using a tripod on a jeep safari might not be a practical option as even if you are the only one in the vehicle, it would be very difficult to make space for a large tripod to support your setup.However, you may carry it if you intend to make long-exposure images after dark (on the lodge premises). While on a safari, we would suggest using a Beanbag as they can be mounted either on the side of the vehicle or on its door, to give you a place to rest your shoulders. We do not book air transfers, however, we can suggest the best possible flights you can take to reach your destination. Corbett is a beautiful place to explore both during the winters and summers. Winters are extremely pleasant, though there is a nip in the morning winds. During the harsh summers, a lot of wildlife can be seen cooling themselves along the river banks. Both these periods offer excellent opportunities for wildlife sightings, particularly big cats and other wildlife, making it an ideal destination for safaris.

On our photo tours in Corbett, there are 4 photographers seated in one safari vehicle. For the tour we usually have 7 participants along with a Toehold skipper, ensuring a knowledgable experience with ample of photography opportunities.

The nearest airport to Corbett is Pantnagar Airport (80 km away). From there it is convenient to travel by road to reach the Tiger reserve. Alternatively, you can travel from Delhi (250 km away) or Dehradun (200 km away) by road comfortably to reach Corbett. The possibility of sighting a tiger in Corbett National Park is relatively high compared to many other wildlife reserves in India. Corbett is renowned for its tiger population and an array of wildlife. The organized safari movements increase the likelihood of spotting the big cats and several other species of wildlife. However, while in nature, the wildlife sightings are often unpredictable and not guaranteed.

In Corbett, there are two different safaris that are offered, jeep & canter. On most of the photo tours we usually go on a jeep safari, however we can customise your tour based on the safari type that interests you.

In Corbett National Park, mobile network coverage is very low and varies depending on your location within the park. While some areas may have partial coverage, especially near the park's entrance gates, overall connectivity is often unreliable.
