Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Afternoon Safari | Overnight in Kanha

After arriving and enjoying a delicious lunch, we have a brief introduction session, followed by a discussion led by your Skipper on the park’s wildlife and guidelines.

Then, it’s time for our first safari. As we explore the landscapes of Kanha, there’s always a chance of spotting a tiger early on, but even if luck doesn’t favor us right away, the park’s beauty and rich wildlife will make the experience worthwhile.

After returning to camp, we gather for our first interactive photography session. These sessions are a highlight of the tour, offering both valuable insights and a fun atmosphere.

With a fulfilling day behind us, we enjoy dinner and rest for the night, looking forward to what’s ahead.

Day 2: Morning and Afternoon Safaris | Overnight in Kanha

The day begins early as we head to the park gates at first light. Being among the first to enter gives us the best chance to track fresh signs of tiger movement and position ourselves well for sightings and photography. Early mornings are prime hours for tiger activity, so we make the most of this time.

During the safari, we observe and photograph not just tigers but also a variety of other wildlife that call Kanha home.

After a short break, we regroup for a photography session where your Skipper shares useful techniques to improve your shots. This engaging discussion prepares us for the next safaris.

Following lunch, we set out on the afternoon safari. This time of day is excellent for bird photography, and while we wait for the tigers to start moving, we capture some of Kanha’s vibrant birdlife. Meanwhile, your Skipper stays in touch with the guide and driver to adjust plans as needed for the best chances of sightings.

We wrap up the day with another insightful photography session before dinner and a good night’s rest.

Days 3 and 4: Morning and Afternoon Safaris | Overnight in Kanha

Over the next two days, we will continue with morning and afternoon safaris, adjusting our approach based on recent wildlife activity. Your Skipper works closely with the guides and drivers to make strategic decisions, ensuring we make the most of our time in the park.

Day 5: Final Safari and Departure

On our last morning, we head out for one final safari. After returning to camp, we enjoy breakfast before saying goodbye to Kanha, taking home not just photographs but also unforgettable experiences.
